We utilize a support ticket system. Please register for an account.
Once you are registered you may use your email address and password to create a new ticket, or check status and history of existing tickets. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number. A complete history is stored.
A support ticket can also be generated by sending an email to "email@example.com".
